“Realize how blessed you are”

Happy Friday!! With it being a short week it sure felt long. Needless to say I am happy it is the weekend. I was planning on going to the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic tomorrow but plans fell through. I am pretty bummed about it. It is on my bucket list to attend a polo match. There is always next year! I will still have a wonderful weekend though! Tonight I am going to happy hour with a few friends then to a rooftop party. Tomorrow I am doing a double workout (#helpme) and hopefully meeting up with a friend for dinner.  I am also going to The Met with my roommate to see the Comme des Garcons exhibit (which was the theme for the Met Gala).

J.Crew fitness

We all struggle with our body image. We have days where we think everything looks awful on us; our thighs look huge, our stomach not as toned. And we have days where we think we look amazing; our pants feel a little loose, our stomach a little smaller. Does anything really change between the days? Probably not that drastic of a change. “know your worth, and accept nothing less”

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!!! I am so ready for a 3-day weekend! Can I get a hallelujah, can I get an amen! I am actually staying in New York this weekend and I am perfectly happy about it. The town is will be pretty quiet and my roommates will both be gone, so I will have the apartment to myself. At home spa, dance party, and Netflix it is! Really I am looking forward to relaxing. The past few weeks I have been on the go going to an event almost overnight, and this next month I will be traveling and there is more events on my calendar. It will be nice to have a much needed relaxing break. I am, however, going to the ballet this weekend to see the American Ballet Theatre’s performance of Giselle. Which is my favorite ballet!! I am pretty excited about it!
