“The world exists as you perceive it. It is not what you see, but how you see it. It is not what you hear, but how you hear it. It is not what you feel, but how you feel it.”

Happy Friday!! This week has felt SO long. I mean, I haven’t even watched the latest episode of The Handmaids Tale, that is how busy this week was. Pas dróle. If you haven’t notices, my website design changed this week and now it is back to its original design. I bought a template, had it plugged in and then hated it. So I switched it back to its original design and am back to the drawling board of themes. Ugh, so frustrating.

It wasn’t all work, work, work, work, work, this past week I geeked out over Shay Mitchell. Tuesday night I attended the Stella Artois “Host One To Remember” event with Shay Mitchell (Emily from Pretty Little Liars). I am a HUGE PLL fan. Obsessed. Seeing her in person I had so many questions about who A.D. is. It was hard but I reframed myself from any PLL talk.  I am a New Yorker,  we do not care about celebrities…..

The event was a lot of fun! It was suppose to be on the rooftop of the Hudson Mercantile, but since it was a rainy, gloomy day they decided to move the event indoors. A little bit of a bummer because the event was this nicely decorated street with food venues, cute bikes, benches, street lamps and a bocce ball set. A few of my blogging friends were there, Sam and Christie, and of course all of my gals from Crowns by Christy were there making flower crowns for everyone to wear. After we ate all of the yummy food (I could not stop eating the fries) and drinking Stella cider, Shay Mitchell and Belgian cuisine Chef Bart Vandaele demonstrated how to cook staple backyard meals with a gourmet touch. The entire evening was amazing!

Luckily after eating all of the yummy food the next morning I attended the 75 minute intensive with Mahri at Body Conceptions. I.was.so.tired.afterwards. Especially since I did a double Monday night. Lets just say my legs hates me still. The intensive was fun and a great way to stay motivated during the challenge.

This weekend I am attending The Chainsmokers concert with a few friends. I am SO excited for it!! Hopefully the weather stays warm since we will be outside. I think The Chainsmokers are going to put on a really fun show! Other than the concert I am looking forward to having brunch with my BOCO challenge team on Sunday and watching The Tony Awards Sunday night. A few of my friends are Rockettes, so I am super excited to watch them perform!!!

Hope you have a wonderful weekend!! XO
