Happy Sunday! It’s been a very busy weekend at work. Although we have our new fall collection out (come check it out!), most people are shopping for outfits to wear to the US Open- I have you covered here! While clients shop for crisp whites and lightweight dresses, I have my eye on the fall collection. I already have a curated list of items that I want for the season. This week’s Sunday Shopping top 10 is a few items on that list of wants.
This espresso midi dress is an item we have at the store, and let me tell you, it’s lovely! Perfect for either work or special engagements. It’s tailored bodice and romantic pleated skirt gives this hourglass silhouette a polished look. Pair it with these slingback pumps.The sheer mesh and suede cutouts continues the continuity of the striped pattern of the dress. Plus the texture and design brings a striking element to the outfit.
While I do not look the best in sweater dresses, this striped rib-knit midi dress is still on my list of possible fall purchases. It’s a dress that you can throw on, feel comfortable in, and still look stylish. The multi-colored stripes elevates a basic sweater dress, giving us something interesting to look at. Keep the dress the main event by pairing it with these gold and ecru hoop earrings. It’s noticeable yet does not overpower the dress.
One item that everyone is currently coveting for the fall is, of course, a new pair of jeans. I, myself, am looking for a new pair. While I want a lighter wash, these inky rinse straight leg jeans are ones to have. The dark wash elevates the everyday denim, yet can also be worn casually. To dress up the jeans, wear it with this chic off-the-shoulder black sweater. The asymmetrical buttons and split hem really gives it an alluring look. For a more casual outfit, pair the jeans with a classic fair isle cardigan. It’s a cute sweater to throw on and still look fashionable. As we switch over our closets, some of you may also be turning your decor from summer to fall. One way I want to transition my apartment for a more fall-like aesthetic is replacing my current faux flowers. Most of them are either white or pink. I want to add jeweled tone flowers to align with the season. These plum berries are very much a contender.
