Happy Sunday! It’s a lazy, rainy day here in New York. From sleeping in, watching tennis, and shopping online, I am indulging in the leisureliness of the day. This week’s Sunday Shopping top 10 is inspired by shades of brown for the autumn. Brown is a quintessential hue for the season. It’s a color I do not always lean towards, but very much feel drawn to this year. (more…)

Happy Friday! It’s a somber day here in New York as we mark the 25th anniversary of 9/11. I remember being in my sophomore science class watching the second tower being hit. My teacher wanted to turn it off because we were suppose to take a test that day – we all told her no. I will never forget the horrible images. The feeling we all had of not being sure if we were safe. And the confusion of what was happening. Being here in NYC all these years, and talking to those that lived through it, one thing is for sure- you can never keep NYC down! Never forget those that lost their lives, that sacrificed their lives to save others, and those that helped. (more…)

As I may not be ready to fully say goodbye to summer, I am starting to build my fall wardrobe. At Tuckernuck we have started to switch over our linen dresses to leather skirts.
