Happy Friday! I am sitting here bruised, cold, and slightly concussed. I hit my head yesterday on the corner of the medicine cabinet. While brushing my teeth I dropped a cotton ball. I bent down to pick it up, threw it away, then quickly turned to spit out toothpaste in the sink. Only the cabinet opened up without my knowledge and I smacked right into it. I have a confession to make, I’ve been living in sweatpants and sweatshirts these past two weeks. It’s been too cold for me to care. However, I am already over my Adam Sandler style. Happy Friday! I am preparing for this massive winter storm that is about to hit New York. I have stocked up on groceries and books, and have charged all of my electronics. I do not mind being snowed in for a few days, I just hope the power stays on. I did not have power during Hurricane Sandy and I do not wish to be in that position again. Hopefully it isn’t as bad as they are saying. However, it’s always better to be prepared. (more…)
