When we want to live a healthy lifestyle, whether we are starting on a new journey or improving one, we are setting goals to achieve it. That goal can be anywhere from cutting sugar cravings to running a marathon. Keeping this idea of the destination is what keeps us motivated to go back to the gym or to say no to that cookie.
