It’s one of the most wonderful times of the year here in New York. The US Open is only a few weeks away and the city is already buzzing with tennis fever. Going to the US Open is one of my favorite traditions I have here in New York. I usually attend the noon matches at Arthur Ashe on the first day. Happy Sunday! Well it’s another rainy day, another rainy weekend. I am sitting at home watching Dawson’s Creek (thanks to the Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson reunion!!) and shopping online. Fashion can mean a lot of different things to people. It can be something you just throw on because you have to, or it can be a work of art you pridefully wear. It can be playful, expressive, visionary. It can be refine, elegant, simple. I have a fondness for both the maximal and minimalistic aesthetics. Whether I want to display my sophisticated side with a white dress or showcase my creative side with bold prints and colors, fashion is a way to speak upon the person I am at the moment.
