Whether you workout from home or are a loyal member of the local fitness boutique, the holidays are a great time to revamp your active lifestyle. ‘Tis the season for New Year’s resolutions! Besides working out, I enjoy being active. You may be wanting to try new activities in the new year; for me it’s golf. Now that there are cute golf attire for women, I am interested in the sport.
