“Learn  every day new ways to love yourself.”

-JH Hard

Happy Friday!! I am so happy it is the weekend as this past week was crazy! I was so busy I didn’t even have time to have anxiety over how busy I was. Can’t complain though, I’ve had a pretty good week considering.

I am sure you are all on the edge of your seat wondering how my tailbone is… it’s fine now.. sorta. After not being able to move last Thursday and Friday, I basically laid on the heating pad for the entire weekend. By Sunday I was feeling much better. I went to yoga Monday morning, which felt good to stretch and move. Tuesday I sorta over did it; I ran to and from pilates. By the time I got home I was walking like I had a wooden leg. I am still sitting on a heating pad but am back to my normal mobility!

Tuesday I had a photoshoot that I am pretty excited to see the edits from! I wore a pretty formal dress and took photos around the New York Public Library. I felt like I should be cast in a Disney movie. I had a lot of fun creating imagery and playing around with new movements. I hope you will all love it as much as I do! After my photoshoot I did a few pulls for an upcoming collaboration I am doing next week as I am hosting an event! I took photos for it today over by Brookfield Place. It was a great idea in theory, but my hair does not do well with any gust of wind. Oh well, will be sharing details very soon on when and where the event is held!

Wednesday morning I hopped over to Brooklyn for the Lafayette148 2020 Collection Preview. From coral scarves to leopard dresses to beautiful light blue cashmere sweaters to gorgeous white boots, I wanted everything in the collection. At the end of the run-through they asked me what were my favorites in the collection, I couldn’t pick just one. I truly loved everything!  It’s weird to already see products that will be sold next year and weird to think 2020 is only 6 months away! Crazy!

That evening I went to Connecticut for the Sail to Sable, Jack Rogers, Monogram Mary, and Palm Beach Lately event at Wee Burn Country Club. Sail to Sable was so nice in dressing everyone for the event. I wore this cute tunic dress. Most everyone, besides Emily and me, flew in for the event from Chicago, Pittsburgh, Florida, etc. I believe Emily and I were the only ones coming in from Manhattan. We took a complimentary Uber out there. It should only have taken us about an 1 hour and 15 minutes, it took us 2 and a half hours because of rush hour. The event started at 5:30pm and we didn’t get there until 7pm. Emily and I were SO bummed to miss so much but luckily the event ended at 9pm, which gave us plenty of time to mingle, catch up with friends, and meet new people. I had the best time! Everything was so lovely from the beautiful sunset views to the decor to the good company. Also, I now want to move to Connecticut! It is so beautiful out there with all the trees and water– like what is nature? I can see why so many people commute everyday from CT to NYC– although that commute does sound miserable.

Thursday was an admin/ run errands day for me. I had a lot of pulls I needed to return, get my dad a Father’s Day Card (sorry Dad the card will most likely be late!), work on my Real Estate course, answer a million emails that I’ve neglected, and most importantly, catch up on my Bravo shows. Hating RHOBH this season, loving RHONY.

This weekend I have nothing really on the agenda except for grabbing dinner and drinks at Soho House, working out, and cleaning my room. My room looks like a bomb went off in it, it’s so messy. It unfortunately took a back burner on my to-do list and now I can’t enter my room without feeling anxiety. Good times!

Hope you have a wonderful weekend xo
