The moment I saw this bell sleeve top with bows from Club Monaco, I basically screamed. I knew I had to have it! I wore it during New York Fashion Week and got so many compliments on it. It has just the right amount of details for drama but not over the top. If there ever was the perfect feminine top, this would be it!
