Happy Friday! Brrr it is cold out there. All I want to do is cuddle up in my bed all day. And the worst part is, this is only the beginning. There will be snowstorms and windstorms and below temps…… send me some place warm! At least December is pretty with all the lights and decorations. Speaking of holiday cheer, I have already begun my Christmas shopping but still need to buy my mom a gift. She is the last on my list. I already know what I am getting her (she even knows because she told me what to get her ha) but I have yet to go buy it. I still have plenty of time left, thank goodness. Are you done with all of your shopping?
I have been in full party mode lately. Monday I went to a blogging dinner at Sotto 13 hosted by Mamma Mia’s wine. I had the best time! I got to meet some other NYC bloggers –one whose roommate is best friends with my roommate….. small world. Anyway, the dinner was a blast and I am so excited for the next get together.
This weekend I am going to an ugly Christmas sweater party with a bunch of my friends. I think it is going to be a great, great night! Besides my ugly Christmas sweater party I am going to brunch with Tillie and Ashley on Sunday and working out. I am trying Brick New York, which was recommended to me by my roommate. Seems pretty intense, so we will see if I am still alive. I will also, this weekend, hang out with a guy friend of mine from home. Last week we met for happy hour and ended up at a piano bar that only plays Showtunes…. I thought I had died and gone to heaven! It was amazing.
This coming week I have an event with Rebecca Minkoff and meeting a friend for dinner,. Also hoping to squeeze in one more meet up with a friend if we can get our schedules aligned.
