When it comes to beauty, health and fitness, I am just like Gwyneth Paltrow. Freeze my body, bath in honey and coconut, let bees sting me….. well maybe not that one, but I’ll try everything else at least once. Since my net worth is slightly different than Gwyneth’s (unfortunately), I have found other ways to stay healthy. Of course nothing will do wonders for your body and health than to exercise daily, eat whole foods, and drink lots of water. It’s that simple. But it does not hurt to use home remedies or over the counter beauty and health products that will make us look as if we drank from the fountain of youth. There are four things I do daily to stay healthy. I know everyone is different and our bodies react differently to certain products and foods, but these beauty secrets have helped me a lot.

Happy Friday friends! This weekend I will most likely take it easy as the next month is going to be crazy. I have a lot of events, social gatherings, and possible travel plans coming up! I can’t wait! So this weekend is all about getting things together and ready for what is to come. What I do have on the agenda this weekend is a lunch date with a few friends to celebrate my friend’s birthday. I can’t wait to get together and catch up with everyone!
