Another day, another floral dress that I love to wear. But this time I am wearing it in… what’s that? A garden! My the coincidence of it all insert winking face. It’s no surprise that I have a deep love for floral dresses. From a maxi to mini dresses, I swoon over the beautiful feminine print. I mean my blog name doesn’t have blooms in it for no reason! My life is surrounded by flowers from my decor to my phone background to yes, the majority of my wardrobe.

When I saw this garden dress I knew it was made to be a part of my wardrobe. I wish I could wear it out and about proudly to an event or dinner. Sadly that is not the case so I will wear it to a place so beautiful that only God (and a lot of humans) could create, a garden. Being camouflage, if I were playing hide and seek with my niece I would win! But I would hate for a bee to mistake me for a rose bush. So I best only wear it safely at home or when I finally decide to eat at a restaurant.

This dress not only has a beautiful color of florals, but I love the waist-tie. It creates a cinched waistline for a fit and flare silhouette. The description says it runs small, to go up a size, but I ordered a small (my usual size) and I felt it fit perfectly. If I had ordered a medium it would have been too big around the waistline. I do feel if I were taller (I am 5’5) the length would have been short on me and I would then go up to a medium.
