Happy Friday!! This week….. my goodness it was good one!! I have a few exciting things to share with you today! This year has already started off on a great note, and I hope it continues this way! A lot of things have come my way, making my life a little crazier and busier, but in the best way possible! I am so grateful and feel overjoyed by it all! So here is a recap of my week, and the good news I have to share!
On Tuesday I went out for a few drinks at Martini with my co-workers. It was so much fun getting together and chatting. We were celebrating an end to a great year we had! It was also nice for me to spend time with everyone because…. drum roll… I got a new job!!!! I start in a few weeks and it is going to bring so many wonderful changes in my life. I am excited, scared, and curious about my new position. It is going to be a huge learning experience for me. It will be challenging, will help me grow in my career, and will, hopefully, open up many new doors for me! You can bet I will be celebrating this weekend–lots of champagne is in store!!
Have you ever heard of The Scout Guide? Well I haven’t either until this week! The Scout Guide is a printed publication that is in over 60 cities so far–and they are growing! Here is a little description about TSG:

TSG is definitely my kind of magazine and it is coming to Columbus! The first edition will be launched this Fall and yours truly is going to be in it!!!! On Wednesday I met with Abigail, the creator and brains behind TSG in Columbus, to talk about the first edition. I will be under the “People To Watch” spread along with a few other ladies. The creator, Abigail, is the cutest! We instantly clicked and chatted for almost 2 hours! I am excited to work with her as she has a lot of great ideas for this publication. I am so excited for this magazine to come to Columbus. I think everyone is really going to love it! So stay tuned for the first edition coming this Fall!
Last night I got together for a little girl’s night out/pizza party with a few of my friends from the Athletic Club. The same girls I play squash with. We went to Forno in the Short North, one of my favorite restaurants here in Columbus. They have great pizza (they have a GF menu!) and drinks –you can never go wrong! Anyway, our pizza party was a little too much fun, if you know what I mean 😉
This weekend I am having brunch for one of my friend’s birthday, and it is, of course, Valentine’s Day, so lots to celebrate!
