When I finally move into a bigger space, one of the first piece of furniture I want to buy is a bar cart. Having a bar cart means you are always ready to entertain or you are more tempted to drink alone. Either way, it is a classic piece that has always been inciting to me. There are millions of ways you can style your cart. First, start off with the basics of having a set of flutes and lowball glasses. Having both sets of glasses will give you and your guests options in drink choices…. you can’t put an old fashioned in a flute. If you are shakin’ and stirring, having bar tools and a shaker on hand is helpful and will make you look like a professional. To mix up your drink order, try one of the 350 drink recipes from this book. It is always important to add a little decor to your bar cart, a bouquet of flowers, a fancy bowl to put lemons in, and a tray to serve treats on will add a fancy touch.  Whatever your style is, create a look that suites you, and don’t forget the champagne!
