New York City Guide

It’s been a few months since I have posted a NYC restaurant guide. I think it is a blessing and a curse that the city has so many options. I love to try new restaurants that either I discover through social media, my friends rave about, or I saw it on a website like Eater. But then again there are so many restaurants that when someone ask me recommendations or someone comes to town to visit, I panic a little on which restaurant to choose. Even though I have been here for over 6 years I still Google best brunch spots or great date night spots, etc. So here are a few restaurant picks that I enjoy and feel you will too.

If I had to choose my favorite meal of the day it would be breakfast/brunch. I love eating omelettes, pancakes, waffles, eggs, yogurt, etc. I could eat breakfast for any meal of the day. Brunch is a New Yorkers favorite past time. If your not brunching on at Saturday morning with your friends, did you even enjoy the weekend? If you walk around during the early hours of the morning, it will seem as if everyone in the city is out for brunch. Every restaurant is busy, some you have to make a reservation to even step foot. Brunch does not have to be a fancy occasion, there are plenty of great, casual spots. Here are a few of my favorites.  (more…)

It has been a while since I have given a NYC restaurant guide update, don’t worry I am still eating my way through the city. On today’s menu we have great brunch spots and casual dinners to go to with friends. All of which are located in West Village.
