Whether you workout from home or are a loyal member of the local fitness boutique, the holidays are a great time to revamp your active lifestyle. ‘Tis the season for New Year’s resolutions! I enjoy both at-home workouts and going to fitness studios. I have a little basket in my apartment that holds all of my workout equipment, but I still want to add a few more items like yoga blocks for a deeper stretch.
