Now that spring is here and the weather is warmer, we can finally put away our heavy coats. When I am running errands around town during the week I always opt to wear athleisure; a pair of leggings, sneakers, and a comfortable top underneath a heavy coat. With spring I can trade in the coat for a light weight jacket or sweatshirt. (more…)

There is something about the spring season that makes me want to put away my sweats and throw on my athleisure wear. A cute pair of leggings with a cardigan or a long sleeve workout top is my spring everyday uniform. I feel comfortable and still put together. In the spring I run around town in my leggings checking off my to-do list. With a new season on the horizon, this means new collection of leggings and I, for one, can’t wait to add a few new pairs to my activewear closet. (more…)

When the pandemic first started I welcomed the break from going to workout studios and gyms. I was having issues with my left shoulder and needed the rest from the vigorous one-hour daily workouts I was doing. At the time I wasn’t too keen on working out from home, but figured more low-impact, modification workouts for 3 weeks was a blessing for my shoulder.
