Tuckernuck has launched their newest fall sports collection today. Filled with a beautiful hydrangea print and trellis patterns, there are so many great activewear items to shop. Tuckernuck launched their own sports collection this past summer and I am happy to see that they are continuing with seasonal activewear. The line is pretty affordable; most items being under $100. In the fall and winter season my true everyday outfit is athleisure wear. When you work from home there is no need to dress to the nines, and jeans are awfully uncomfortable to lounge in. Athleisure gives me not only the comfort, but the style as well–so I am not in my sweats all day feeling like a slob. In the summer and most of the fall I will wear a housedress, but it does get a little too cold to continue on during the wintry weather. This is why cute and fashionable athleisure is my go-to everyday style.  (more…)

This time next week I will be sitting court side in the Arthur Ashe stadium watching the first round of the US Open. It’s still TBD who will be playing; whether it’s men’s or women’s singles. Although I am hoping it’s someone like Murray or Osaka, I am perfectly happy with watching anyone play. I just want to watch tennis in person. (more…)

Tennis attire has been around for ages, it’s nothing new to the sport itself and to the fashion world. But now there is a new term coined for the aesthetic, tenniscore. Just like cottagecore that is so wildly popular on social media. According to Instagram data, the term tenniscore has doubled in searches over the past few months. Whether you play or not, it’s trendy to wear tennis attire while you run around town. Some attire can be functional, while others take on more of an athleisure feel to it. You can also go a step above with tennis accessories like socks and a water bottle. Perhaps place these cute embroidered cocktail napkins out for your US Open party. Otherwise stick to the classic tennis dress or skirt, for your everyday look to achieve the tenniscore aesthetic. (more…)
