Happy Friday my friends!!! I can’t say too much has happened this past week. I spent most of last week/weekend/this week working on my media kit and blog getting prepared for New York Fashion Week. I have my hotel and plane ticket all set and ready, now my job is to wait and see what shows/events I will be invited to this year– oh and of course figuring out what outfits to wear. I am SO excited to be going back, I LOVE fashion week! I love the stylish people, the vibe and excitement, meeting new people, and catching up with old friends. It is going to be a great week! I will be in NYC from 9/8-9/14. If you are going to be there, please let me know!!
This weekend is the Pelotonia. My dad is riding again–50 miles, so my mom and I are going to watch the race to support him and the rest of the riders. I rode in the Pelotonia two years ago and I have to say it was a lot of fun but hard work. I didn’t think 50 miles was that much but I was pretty tired afterwards. If it wasn’t for my hamstring problem I would be riding by my dad’s side this year. After the race I am heading down to Dayton with my family for my cousin and his girlfriend’s housewarming party. They renovated the entire house so I am excited to see it completely finished!
Anyone else excited for the Olympics?!! I will be glued to the TV for the next 16 days. My favorite events are gymnastics and swimming. Those two I will be most invested in. What are your favorite Olympic sports to watch?!
